Combine & Combine Chief Little Changes

Y' Know, the Combine can't have cs:s weapons. You can't mix hl2 and cs:s 
You should give the combine member smg and pistol.
To the chief you should give mp7 ( hl2 smg ), pistol, and ar2. Also, the ability to spawn combine balls, but they should cost a lot like 20k
