About me:
I'm from Russia, so my application will not be great ^ ^. Speak English is not perfect, but I understand the text:). I want to become an administrator because the server is good, but for those who break NLR even more. Previously, the administrator was not, but really want to help newcomers to the suit. I play a long time (maybe even a discovery). I know that my application is not perfect: Dont speak english very well, my age, but i know rules and have desire to help the server.

well you have been a loyal player you have played on my server for a very long time so thats a big +

I just want to punish players, that break NLR. When admins are off-line, they join and.... normal players CANT play (my opinion.. (for example i really cant)). And please, dont look at my age. Age of almost nothing. I hope this will help you think:)

It's not that grizlik, and frankly, I belive you will make a great admin, but we are opushed to accept new applications when frankly we have a lot of admins already. Drew is taking everything into consideration, and a big factor is your age, we need to ensure we have a mature group who can adequately deal with issues. As such when you are younger you are prone more to various things and this takes in-depth assessment. Rest-Assured, drewbie knows what he is doing.

Dear Grizlik,
You are indeed a good person in my view.
But you forgot ALOT of information mate.
Therefore i will put some points down here where you should take your attention to it.
I'm still missing something about your Administrator Experience.
We dont look at people who have been an Administrator before.
Therefore it's very important to put down your post if you have any Admin experience.
If you dont, then we are noted to give you support, tips and help you see what Administrator actually means.
Lets talk about you in-game.
Still you do alot of propblock mistakes, i have warned you many times but you still dont get to it.
Place a sign outside that you are under construction.
This also means that you are not allowed to have moneyprinters/weapons inside, if you have, remove the sign and make an Entrance!
Secondly, i have also spotted you walking while someone is propsurfing, but you didn't reported at all.
Not that you are forced too, but this shows how mutch you care for the server.
You do report alot when something is happening, but not when something isn't bothering you.
(Example: Somone is random deathmatching, but not YOU.)
Lets see about your behaviour.
You are quite relaxed, and you are always on your own building something.
I dont see why you want to take this step to "WORK" for the server.
I don't see you watching the server, trying to find the minges and getting proof out of it.
Being an Administrator also means that you keep have to go to reports.
You are more building on your own, relaxing trying to get everything done.
If you have to noclip everytime and keep going on players, i don't think you will be doing that after a while.
You seem more like relax build type of person.
Here are my final stats about you:
Behavior: Very relaxed.
Language: Sometimes he can use some offensive language.
Watch over the server: More like a relax person who don't wants to be bothered.
Reports: More on himself, he doesn't finds other propblocks or something that bothers other players.
I have to say you are a nice person, but i also have to give my opinion.
I hope you will understand any meaning of what i'm telling you.
(For the record: My opinion is [DENIED], this DOES not means that you are rejected, when other admins wants to have you as an admin, and there are more [ACCEPTED] then [DENIED], you are accepted as an Administrator. Higher the counts, that the result will be.)

Okey, i'll explain:
1) Yes, my experience not so good, i was admin 2 times (but not on RP mode)
2) Propblock? Heh no, after then u told me about the sign, i put it always, when i build it. (Yes, i dont know about it and nobody say it to my before, cos i buy houses)

Lets try and keep personal problems between you out of this application, and respect Jay has his opinion by all means. Agreed how you conduct yourself in-game is a large part. But that does not mean it sparks an argument. This makes no good on your application and frankly should be kept separate.
What I will say is that the manner in which he conducted himself when playing with me was within rules and the guidelines, this obviously I never saw but I cant take sides.
I'm just saying from and In my opinion this application is still pending. But of course we take admin opinions with respect, we cant have a team that fundamentally doesn't get along for whatever reason.
